Currently, we have a couple of young pups available for placement. If we do not have just the right puppy for you, we will accept your reservation for a puppy from a future, planned litter. Please contact us for more information regarding our available pups. We welcome the opportunity to talk with you abour our Kelpies.

All our puppies are home raised and our kids help with their socialization so our Kelpies should adjust to most homes. Our Kelpies typically range between 45-55lbs as adults. See our flash gallery -- typical CLK puppies shown at 6 weeks old.

We maintain a list of those who have placed a deposit for a puppy and a second list for those who have asked that we contact them when the litter is born. Everyone on our two lists is notified when the puppies are born and kept abreast of the litter‘s progress.

CLK Stockdogs is now able to offer several training packages for our puppy buyers. Each option is designed to fit most buyers’ needs but contact us for prices, further detail, or if you prefer a more customized training package for a working or trial-ready Kelpie.

Basic Training

Your puppy will be retained at CLK ranch and given basic obedience training and introduced to stock. A puppy should be ready for his new home at six months of age.

Started Working Ranch Dog

All of the above and your puppy will be trained at a beginning level to work cattle and sheep in a ranch setting. Focused one-week, owner-handler instruction with the dog is also part of this package. With this training, the dog should be ready for his new home at one year of age.
